Reproductive Wellness is offering the Fertility Treatment Grant to help a person or couple build their family and to help prepare and support them in their ability to conceive and carry a full term healthy pregnancy naturally. The Grant consists of a complete Oriental Medical Natural treatment program FREE of CHARGE (a value of over $9000).
Who Can Apply: Any person or couple who is suffering from infertility or is in need of fertility treatments to be able to conceive a child. A person can nominate themselves, or they can nominate a Friend or Family member that they know is suffering with reproductive health issues.
Application Process:Applicants must submit an essay explaining how the Fertility Treatment Grant would benefit them or their loved one. Please email entries to Grant@ReproductiveWellness.com. Email must include Name, Phone number, Email address, and Mailing Address to be considered.
Deadline for Application: October 16th 2010 by 6 pm PST.
